This home is designed for large groups and families, blending contemporary style with cozy mountain charm. KEY FEATURES: Spacious great room with a 75" smart TV and electric fireplace. Game area with a full-size pool table. Large dining area perfect for group meals. Fully equipped modern kitchen with unique green cabinetry. Expansive deck with a private hot tub and breathtaking seasonal Smoky Mountain views. Lower level covered patio with direct driveway access. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 12): Upper Level Primary Suite: Plush King bed, a daybed, and a private ensuite bathroom. Lower Level Bedroom 1 (Kid's Paradise): Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a 55" TV, and two arcade games. Lower Level Bedroom 2: Plush King bed with a 43" TV. Lower Level Bedroom 3: Plush King bed with a 43" TV. The lower level also includes a full bathroom with a shower-tub combination and an additional half bath.

Getting There: The drive to the cabin is on paved roads, with the last 0.5 miles on a narrow road up the hill, suitable for drivers familiar with mountainous roads. Grill: A charcoal grill is available on the patio for your use. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Pest Control: The cabin is professionally treated for pests monthly. Given our mountain location, it is possible to occasionally see a bug inside. We appreciate your understanding that you are staying in the heart of nature. Supplies: We provide a starter set of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, and soap. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies. Wildlife: This area is known for its wildlife especially black bears. Please do not approach the wildlife and keep car doors and windows closed and locked.

Your unique access code will be provided prior to your arrival. Full Property: You have the entire space to yourself. Community Amenities: Your stay includes a Guest Access Pass to the Chalet Village clubhouses, which feature: 3 community pools Tennis and pickleball courts Exercise equipment Important: The community access pass must be returned upon departure. Failure to do so will result in a $50 replacement fee.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Gatlinburg cabin! It was the perfect fit for our family and had everything we needed for a relaxing mountain getaway. We loved soaking in the hot tub on the deck after hiking. The location was amazing with trailheads just minutes away and only a quick five minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. One of our favorite parts was gathering around the big table at night playing games. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! Mike's communication from start to finish was fast and clear. We needed batteries for the remotes and he had them brought to our front door. The place was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was very peaceful.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin in Gatlinburg! The location was excellent, close to attractions, restaurants, and everything we needed, yet still peaceful and quiet. We traveled with kids, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The cabin was very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Our children loved the space, and we felt comfortable and safe the entire time. The house itself is spectacular, cozy, well-equipped, and with beautiful views that made our trip even more special. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Gatlinburg!
